And the photo entitled "The Seven" in your Flickr album looks very similar to the thing Catelyn was making at Bran's bedside when he fell. Possible? Hehe."

The food truck was great!  There was such a weird sense of adventure in tracking it down every day, and a thrill when we found it!  The lemoncakes were phenomenal - a light, moist cake topped with perfectly citrusy lemon curd.  Cakes baked with lemon can sometimes sweetened too much in an effort to counteract the natural sour taste of the lemon, but the these struck a perfect balance. :D They really took me into that perfect world of sunshine and rainbows that Sansa Stark loved so much!

The Riverlands (Day 2) squab was very oily.  The closest thing I can compare it to was duck, but much much smaller, and with a less rich taste.  I think that day I preferred the black bread pudding - a moist, fragrant stuffing made with vegetables and dried fruits.  On Day 3, I had black seafood stew from the Wall.  Honestly, I had low expectations for this, but I was pleasantly surprised!  It was a mixture of tender seafood – I think calamari, shrimp, scallops and perhaps some others - with hot peppers and a black sauce.  Quite tasty.  For Winterfell (Day 5) I had venison.  I had eaten venison before, so I knew what to expect, and this didn’t disappoint.  Venison has a more gamey taste than most common meats eaten in the US. It’s rich and dark, almost like if you had a dark, oily steak or cut of pork. The GOT truck served it roasted on skewers and accompanied by baked apple and barley. A very “wild” meal…it made me feel like my liege lord had invited me to a feast for which his men had just hunted deer and gathered grains. I don’t think I have pictures of the venison (absolutely nowhere to put down our stuff and rain saw to that!), but you can see what it looked like on Campfire NYC’s flickr.

As for the prop that you mentioned, after seeing the show I can say it is indeed the wreath/wheel that Catelyn made.  I think it is a depiction of the Seven, meant to watch over Bran.  Cat wouldn’t have been making mini-weirwoods.  ;)
